Rotation/ Rotation Length is the movement of the Earth in 360° that takes 24 hours to rotate in its axis one time. Time Zone is the Earth has 24 different times zones and its and imaginary lines. These lines are called longitud. Rotation- degrees per hour is where the Earth move 15° each hour.
Greenwich, England is the place where the time starts. This is called Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Greenwich mean time is located on prime meridian that is 0°. Hours + or - is the change of time in different countries around the Earth. International Date Line are located in 180 and if you cross this line day and time change.

The Earth's motion affect us each day because it changes day and night by the rotation and it also changes the seasons by the revolution. How are the movements of the Moon and Earth apparent on Earth? The rotation of the moon around the Earth and the rotation of the Earth on it's own axis it's what changes the day and night. Reflection 1. What did you enjoy the most about this project and why? What I enjoyed the most about this project was editing the video because it was fun to do. 2. What was most challenging for you during this project and why? The most challenging part was to record the video. 3. What new skills did you learn from doing this project? I learned how to edit videos in iMovie. 4. Is there anything that you would change about this project? Explain. I would change the way we recorded the video because it wasn't good at all. |
